(and how we sacked 100 Properties)

A healthy rent roll earns around one third profit, spends one third on wages and the rest on business running expenses. However, not all properties in your rent roll have the financial ability to achieve that outcome, on a per property basis.

In this session, Julie reveals how she identified 100 properties and then went and sacked them from her rent roll because they simply do not meet the financial outcome their rent roll needed to go to the next level.

These properties either had financial and liability issues and concerns, they burnt out and upset her staff, abused their time, or ‘all of the above’.

Deniz is an International Consultant, Trainer, Mentor, and Keynote Presenter to agents across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

However, his knowledge and experience are NOT from any academic background. They are from getting out and experiencing as much as possible of ‘real’ business life.

He got into the real estate business because his focus is on people. Real interactions with everyday people. He was a ‘fruito’ for a lot of his working life after school. It was a great way to build his sales skills as he quickly learned that emails for selling fruit and vege just wouldn’t cut it. The only way a café or restaurant was going to use his business was if he built a relationship with them…in person!

He believes there is a lot more than ‘luck’ to good business. He worked hard to build sustainable relationships and always asked for the business. This is what any sales role requires, consistently showing your value and solving problems for your customers. It’s no different for a fruit and vege seller than it is for a property business development manager.

The ‘business’ of real estate is not just about collecting rent and charging a fee, but about what services and products you can provide your clients, and how much money you can save them by using you or your services.

He loved the buzz of being a successful agent in his agency on the NSW South Coast and now he’s passionate about showing others how they can succeed too.

Some IMPORTANT INFORMATION plus what's included
(and what's not!)

The event will allow a maximum of 30 people, however our ideal size will be a smaller more intimate group size of approx. 10-15 attendees.

Due to the level of content, this will only suit business owners, department heads and those who have the ability to implement (business decision makers).

Whilst we would love for everyone to attend, we consider these events to be high level and we want all attendees to get maximum value and total access to all the coaches.

What's included:

3 x Day Workshop full of content: 10am - 4pm - Boracay

3 x Day Lunch

1 x Dinner (local restaurant as a group)

What's NOT included:

Transfers - are generally included with accommodation

Breakfast - generally included in your hotel

Dinner - most people tend to explore and not want to join large dinners.
One is provided and you are welcome to be with us all other nights too.

Accommodation - generally quite cheap, there are some mid- and high-end options
(see proposal). The event location is pretty special too.

Flights - Fly to Manila then get a connecting flight to Caticlan and transfer via boat to the island. We can assist you with information on this.

Activities - We will do a lot of swimming and sunsets, generally if you want to do more specific tours there are a lot of event people on the beach.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you are unable to attend the IGT Leaders Retreat 2023 Boracay for any reason, you may send a substitute in your place.

Notice of substitution must be provided prior to the start of the event.
If you wish to send a substitute in your place, please send an email to office@IGTMail.com.

If you are unable to find a substitute, your ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be made.

Sharing of tickets: Under no circumstances may tickets be shared. If you are caught sharing your ticket, you (or the person you are sharing with) will be asked to leave and your ticket will be cancelled for the remainder of the event.

Should you wish to cancel, your ticket is transferable to anyone else- just let us know in writing to office@IGTMail.com.

Should the event, for whatever reason, cannot be held and needs to be transferred, your ticket will be fully transferred to that event. Should you wish to cancel your ticket for a refund, the above refund policy will apply.

IGT cannot be held financially responsible for any travel expenses resulting from occurrences that prevent the event from being held.
