The event will allow a maximum of 30 people, however our ideal size will be a smaller more intimate group size of approx. 10-15 attendees.
Due to the level of content, this will only suit business owners, department heads and those who have the ability to implement (business decision makers).
Whilst we would love for everyone to attend, we consider these events to be high level and we want all attendees to get maximum value and total access to all the coaches.

What's NOT included:
Transfers - are generally included with accommodation
Breakfast - generally included in your hotel
Dinner - most people tend to explore and not want to join large dinners.
One is provided and you are welcome to be with us all other nights too.
Accommodation - generally quite cheap, there are some mid- and high-end options
(see proposal). The event location is pretty special too.
Flights - Fly to Manila then get a connecting flight to Caticlan and transfer via boat to the island. We can assist you with information on this.
Activities - We will do a lot of swimming and sunsets, generally if you want to do more specific tours there are a lot of event people on the beach.
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are unable to attend the IGT Leaders Retreat 2023 Boracay for any reason, you may send a substitute in your place.
Notice of substitution must be provided prior to the start of the event.

If you are unable to find a substitute, your ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
Sharing of tickets: Under no circumstances may tickets be shared. If you are caught sharing your ticket, you (or the person you are sharing with) will be asked to leave and your ticket will be cancelled for the remainder of the event.
Should you wish to cancel, your ticket is transferable to anyone else- just let us know in writing to office@IGTMail.com.
Should the event, for whatever reason, cannot be held and needs to be transferred, your ticket will be fully transferred to that event. Should you wish to cancel your ticket for a refund, the above refund policy will apply.
